Coaching the Coach
Are you transitioning your in-person coaching to online sessions?
One day your coaching business was thriving, you had meeting after meeting set up: coffee, presentation, in-office coaching. The next day everything closed. Now what? The only choice is to move online but if you are not tech savvy, if you haven't been using video conferencing in your programming, it can be very intimidating.
I can help.
Are you having trouble keeping participants engaged in your online coaching?
Presenting and coaching are two different things. You might be good at doing online presentations, selling your courses, etcetera in online meetings, but engaging your students and keeping their attention can be another thing altogether, especially if you work with groups. One on one coaching aren't so difficult to transition. After all you can mostly do everything online just like you would in person. Small group coaching can be quite different though. It is very easy to get distracted. People are tired and extra stressed. People are having to parent and work at the same time. Keeping their attention can be challenging. If you are having a hard time figuring out how to transition the engagement you get in those in-person meetings to online classes...
I can help.
Are you looking for the most up-to-date techniques for effectively teaching so that your clients retain the information you are giving them?
I have spent the best part of the past 10 years learning about Cognitive Science, Motivational Psychology, and Learning Science and applying it to creating curriculum, the development of teaching materials and to instructional techniques.
For the past 2 years, I have been developing and redeveloping curricula specifically for using in an online classroom.
My 5-star rating and track record of having students who come back time and again to take my online classes, as many as 16 in a row, means that I know how to create curriculum, materials and instructional strategies that keep people engaged, motivated and coming back for more.
And I can help you do it too!
