Want to teach your child about physical fitness and health from an early age? Sign them up for Kiddie Fit, taught by personal trainer, Candise Jordan. This fun-filled class brings fitness to a whole new level. Using fun interactive games we will do body weight exercises, yoga poses, and use household items like paper, string, a box etc. Children will get a heart healthy workout in a stress-free class. Kids will build self-confidence, coordination, balance, and make new friends.
