Event Services & Hosting
With 30 years of experience in theater, educational program production and event production, we have all of your bases covered. Whether you just need a place to hold an off-site meeting or you need full-service event production for a training, a book launch, a networking event, etc, we can help you. Our partners in catering and decor can add that special touch to make your event shine.
Small Meeting Room
Our small meeting room has everything you need for an intimate training, a deposition, a meeting with or without video conference, etc. Our touchscreen display has ports to connect via HDMI, media cable or USB. This room comfortably fits 6 people plus a presenter.
This room has access to our WiFi and its own thermostat. A water cooler can be brought in from the kitchen for easier access.
Large Meeting/Training/Event Space
Our large room has plenty of space for a large presentation (movie screening shown above), training or even a networking event. The room accommodates 38 seated or 40 total if everyone does not need to be seated. Tables, chairs and other furniture can be moved to accommodate the ideal set up for each kind of event. The room is adjacent to the lobby-waiting area, and the kitchen for easy access to catering and a registration check-in separate from the event.
Spacious, Equipped Kitchen
We have a nice amount of counter space in our kitchen, making it a great place to serve as a catering "backstage" or a place to put out food and drink in addition to the main event room. We have dishes, cutlery, a microwave, a small refrigerator, blenders, coffee machine, espresso machine and a water cooler.
Catering
We have catering partnerships with several Prince George's County small businesses offering everything from soups, salads and sandwiches to Halal pizza. Many kinds of food can be delivered from the local restaurants as well.
Decorations
We have partnerships with Maryland-based Woman-Owned businesses that provide special decorations if you need some for your event. We can coordinate for events we host and events we produce at other locations
DJ Services
We have partnerships with several Prince George's County-based DJs if you need some professional music for your event. We can coordinate for events we host and events we produce at other locations.
