We will work with your Subject Matter Experts, your Training staff and your Learners to discover how your instructional processes need to be designed to be effective across the board with minimal interruptions to a Leaner's workday.

The difference between Instructional Design and Curriculum Design is that Curriculum Design is about:

1. figuring out what your training goals are,

2. breaking down the learning objectives in digestible pieces,

3. and organizing them into a framework that allows a earner to acquire the skills and content in a logical order.

Curriculum Design is often the first step in Instructional Design, but sometimes a Trainer just needs an outside eye to help them figure out the parts and the framework and then they have what they need.

Once you have a solid Curriculum Design and Instructional Design, you may need someone to deliver your trainings. our expert instructors are able to facilitate trainings both online and in-person- in your setting or in our center.

Maybe you have Curriculum Design, Instructional Design and an expert Trainer in-house already, but you would like an off-site location to host a small group of Learners and your Trainer to engage in the Training away from the hustle and bustle (and potential interruptions) of your normal work space.
